Communication was great throughout – he even texted to say he’d be slightly delayed. The repair was carried out professionally and with real care. He cut extra keys on site and made sure each one worked perfectly in both sides of the lock.

He also adjusted the door alignment so it now opens and closes smoothly. Friendly, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. Highly recommend if you need a reliable local locksmith.
